Overnight Chai-Spiced Oats

Say hello to your new breakfast bestie - Overnight Chai-Spiced Oats! Made with our signature Ritual Powders Dirt Chai blend, these oats soak up all the spicy goodness and mushroom benefits while you sleep. Wake up to a ready-made, nutrient-packed breakfast that’s as delicious as it is convenient!


  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk of choice (almond, soy, oat, etc.)
  • 1 serving Ritual Powders Dirt Chai blend
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave nectar, etc.)
  • Toppings: nuts, seeds, fresh fruits, or coconut flakes


  1. In a bowl or mason jar, combine the rolled oats and the Ritual Powders Dirt Chai blend. Stir to mix.

  2. Pour in the plant-based milk and sweetener of choice. Mix until everything is well combined.

  3. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours).

  4. In the morning, give your Overnight Chai-Spiced Oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more plant-based milk.
