Spice Bazaar Udon Bowl!

Welcome to your new weeknight favorite: the Spice Bazaar Udon Bowl! Infused with our Hot + Spicy Curry Souper Mix, this simple yet flavorful dish brings the heat and nourishes your body. It's quick, easy, and perfect for those evenings when you want a taste of comfort with a dash of adventure!

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Hot + Spicy Curry Souper Mix from Ritual Powders
  • 2 packets of Udon Noodles (200g each)
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Toppings: spring onions, sesame seeds, tofu or your protein of choice

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté until they're tender and slightly caramelized.

  2. While the veggies are cooking, prepare the udon noodles according to the package instructions.

  3. In a pot, combine the vegetable broth and Hot + Spicy Curry Souper Mix. 

  4. Bring the broth to a simmer, then add the cooked udon noodles and sautéed vegetables. Allow it to cook for another 2-3 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.

  5. Serve your Spice Bazaar Udon Bowl hot, garnished with spring onions, sesame seeds, and your choice of protein. Enjoy the warmth and spice!
