Curry-in-a-Jar Glass Noodles

Simplify your meal prep with our Curry-in-a-Jar Glass Noodles! This recipe combines our Hot + Spicy Curry Souper Mix with easy-to-prepare glass noodles and fresh veggies. Just add hot water when you're ready to eat for a lightning-fast, flavor-packed lunch that you can take anywhere!

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Hot + Spicy Curry Souper Mix from Ritual Powders
  • 2 portions of glass noodles (100g each)
  • Your choice of thin sliced vegetables (peppers, snap peas, pea shoots, spouts etc)
  • Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, optional pre-cooked protein

Instructions:

  1. Divide the glass noodles evenly between two mason jars.

  2. Sprinkle in your desired amount of thinly sliced vegetables.

  3. Top each portion with half a serving of the Hot + Spicy Curry Souper Mix, then sprinkle on your choice of toppings.

  4. Screw on the lids and store the jars in a cool, dry place until you're ready to eat.

  5. When it's lunchtime, simply pour boiling water into the jar, filling it about three-quarters of the way full. Screw the lid back on (carefully, it's hot!) and let it sit for about 5 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.

  6. Give it a good stir to mix in the flavorful curry broth, then enjoy your Curry-in-a-Jar Glass Noodles right from the jar!
