Savor the warm weather with our Chilled GazpachOhhhh! This invigorating, no-cook soup leverages the wellness-boosting power of Lion's Mane and Tremella mushrooms from our Ritual Powders Tomato Cha Cha mix. It's your perfect companion on a hot day, offering both refreshing flavor and nourishing ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Ritual Powders Tomato Cha Cha mix
- 4 cups hot water
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (such as basil or parsley), for garnish
- Ice cubes, for blending
Method:

In a large bowl, stir together the Tomato Tango mix and hot water until well combined. Allow it to cool down.

Once cooled, cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight to allow the flavors to develop.

After chilling, the mixture may have settled. Transfer it to a blender, add cucumber, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and well emulsified.

While blending, add sherry vinegar and olive oil. Continue to blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If needed, add more ice and blend to achieve your preferred consistency.
