Ingredients
3 ounces chilled apple cider
2 scoops Everyday Coffee Booster
1 oz apple cider vinegar
1 oz ginger syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz orgeat (almond-flavored syrup, or 1/2 tsp almond extract in simple syrup)
Ice cubes, plus crushed ice for serving
6 thin red apple slices, for garnish
(Makes 2 servings)
Method
In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple cider, Everyday Coffee Booster, apple cider vinegar, ginger syrup, lemon juice and orgeat. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Poor into a chilled, crushed-ice-filled glass, add more crushed ice and arrange the apple slices in a fan on top.
