  • 4-5 tablespoons of Hot + Spicy Curry Souper Mix
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 small pumpkin, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves and/ or pine nuts for garnish (optional)


  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add diced pumpkin, stirring to combine.
  • Sprinkle with cumin, coriander, and cinnamon, coating the pumpkin with spices.
  • Pour in hot water and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until pumpkin is tender.
  • Stir in Hot + Spicy Curry Souper Mix.
  • Use an immersion blender or regular blender to purée the soup until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Ladle into bowls, garnish with cilantro/ pine nuts (if desired), and serve hot.
